Grant should be innovative, hands-on, and impactful to students and take learning to a higher level. Innovation on a different campus can be funded on your campus too.
Write your grant as though you’re speaking to a parent. Don’t refer to acronyms or concepts that requires a lot of extra explanation.
All teaching staff and administrators are eligible to write grants. You can write multiple grant requests or be a participant in multiple grants.
If you are including consumables, advise how those will be funded in future years.
Technology is great! Your grant should focus first on a project where the technology makes a difference in learning. Technology is only a tool that leads to enhanced learning.
Many factors are considered during the approval process. Grants are awarded on how it rates on ALL factors combined.
